These terms cover your use of loudlydev.com, run by LoudlyDev Global Solutions (“LoudlyDev”, “we”). By using the site you accept them. They do not cover engineering or product work: that is governed only by the signed agreement or statement of work between you and LoudlyDev.
Prices and estimates
Rates, timelines and hire-builder estimates on this site are indicative and in US dollars. They are not an offer. A price is binding only once it appears in a signed agreement.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- break, overload or probe the site or its systems, or try to access areas that are not public;
- send false, abusive or automated submissions through the forms;
- copy the site’s content or design for commercial use without our permission.
Content and trademarks
The site’s text, design and code belong to LoudlyDev. Client names, logos and screenshots belong to their owners and are shown to describe work we have done with or for them. Blog articles are general information, not professional, legal or financial advice.
Links to other sites
We link to other websites for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
No warranty, and limits on liability
The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee either. To the extent the law allows, LoudlyDev is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country of the LoudlyDev entity named in your agreement with us (Pakistan, the United States, Australia or New Zealand). Where there is no agreement, they are governed by the laws of Pakistan and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
