From idea to live

No black box. You see the plan before we start and the progress every week until it ships.

  1. Scope call

Thirty minutes on what you are building, who it is for and what done looks like. Free.

  2. Written plan

Screens, features, team, timeline and the price, in writing before any work starts.

  3. Build in sprints

Two-week sprints with a demo at the end of each, and a Loud Report every Friday.

  4. Launch & run

We ship it, host it, monitor it and keep improving it, or hand it to your team.

Three ways to build

Every option includes a project manager, the weekly Loud Report, and code and IP that belong to you from day one.

MVP sprint

The smallest version that proves the idea, live with real users.

Weeks, not months

Scoped project

A full product built against a written plan: features, timeline and price agreed upfront.

Plan and price first

Product team

Design, engineering and QA on a monthly plan, for products that keep growing.

Why not an agency?

Agencies resell and freelancers disappear. Here is how the three options compare.

Before you build

Straight answers on time, money, people and IP.

How much does it cost to build a product?

It depends on scope, so we price from a written plan rather than guess. After a 30-minute call you get the features, team, timeline and a price in writing before any work starts.

How fast can you start?

Usually within a week of agreeing the plan. MVPs are scoped to go live with real users in weeks, not months.

Who owns the code?

You do, from the first commit. Code lives in your repositories, we sign an NDA before you share details, and every contract assigns all code and IP to you.

Can you take over an existing product?

Yes. We start with a short code and infrastructure review, fix what is risky, then carry on building.

What happens after launch?

We can host, monitor and keep improving it on a monthly plan, or hand everything over to your team with documentation.
