Privacy policy
This policy explains how LoudlyDev Global Solutions (“LoudlyDev”, “we”) handles personal data collected through loudlydev.com. We are the controller of that data. Questions or requests: admin@loudlydev.com.
What we collect
- Briefs and enquiries. When you use the hire builder or contact form: your name, work email, company, the roles or project you describe, seniority, headcount, start date, the estimate you saw, your message and the page you sent it from.
- Email. Anything you send us when you write to us directly.
- Booked calls. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, the time you pick and any notes (from the hire builder, the estimate you built), and shares them with us to hold the meeting.
- Analytics, unless you opt out. Google Analytics records pages viewed, actions such as form submissions and button clicks, approximate location (country and city), device and browser, and how you arrived. It does not tell us who you are.
- Spam protection. To limit abuse of the forms we check your IP address against recent submissions. It is held in server memory for up to 10 minutes and never stored.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps you asked us to take before a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To run and improve the website, including analytics: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. You can opt out of analytics at any time.
- To keep records the law requires: legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data, use it for automated decisions about you, or send you marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Only service providers who process it for us under contract:
- Vercel (website hosting) and Turso (database)
- Our email provider, which delivers new briefs to our team
- Calendly (meeting booking) and Google (Google Meet), when you book a call
- Google (Google Analytics), unless you opt out
We may disclose data if the law requires it. If LoudlyDev is reorganised or sold, data may pass to the new owner under this policy.
International transfers
Our team works from the United States, the United Kingdom and Pakistan, and our providers may store data in other countries. Where data leaves the UK or European Economic Area we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we discuss your project and for up to 3 years after our last contact, then deleted, unless you become a client, in which case your contract sets the retention period. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, take it elsewhere, and opt out of analytics at any time (use Cookie settings in the footer). Email admin@loudlydev.com and we reply within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to our systems is limited to staff who need it, and admin accounts are protected by passwords and rate limits.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16.

We will post any changes here and update the date above. See also our cookie policy and terms and conditions.
